T.G.I.F. Tired Group

Here in our neck of the woods we’ve been right in the middle of monsoon season, rain, rain, rain…and more rain.   Our dear friend Marg, who lives about an hour south of us, said she was about to start building an Ark.  We told her to let us know when the boarding starts because we may need to hitch a ride.

So what is there to do when it rains so hard so often?  You guessed it, snooze!  Waiting for window whiffies sure makes you tired.  So, my T.G.I.F. for today is Tired Group Is Four.  Although I probably should say plus a foot!!!

Brian's Home, adopt cats, we deserve it!You can see me up towards the top of the bed beside Sister Zoe.  Sister Gracie is at the bottom of the bed and Sister Dolly is trying to snuggle up against Dad’s foot.  Maybe if we snooze long enough the monsoon will be over!

Don’t forget to stop by tomorrow for Sister Saturday with Dolly.  Have a wonderful weekend everyone!  Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!!  More Forever Homes More Often!  Purrrrr! Zip! Later!

OK all you Sister kitties and Brian, we are loaded up in the ark and ready to go. This is totally ridiculous. The whole place here is under water. So get your toys and treats packed up and get ready to go.
Sure hope we get less rain this week end. Have a great Friday and what fun to see all you napping together with the Dad. Take care.

Oh dear. That sounds a like a whole lot of rain! You could ask Mother Nature to send them over here. 🙂
We love how almost everyone is enjoying a snooze on the bed.

Brian it sounds as though you are being washed away with all that rain. We have been told today that it is going to be warm, dry and sunny for 2 weeks here – as the weather forecasters can’t get a whole day’s forecast right we’re not holding our breaths!

If there’s one thing rainy days are good for, it’s snoozing. Sorry about the monsoons – Marg sounds like my Mom just a week ago! Nope, our ark isn’t finished yet, but with predictions of another round of storms to come I suspect we’ll be floating soon. Hope you at least enjoy the catnaps!

Sorry you all are having so much rain and its seriously cutting into your window whiffies time. I love seeing so many of you all comfy together on the bed. If you have to have rain, that’s the best way to do it.

Monsoons indeed. Mom and Dad have lived in our house for 30 years. This is the very first year they have ever seen millipedes crawling up the house to escape the saturated ground. ANNNNNNNND much to my enjoyment a few (too many mom says) have found their way into the house. Mom and Dad have been on millipede patrol to and she says they are stinky when you pick them up. So should Marg build an Ark make sure she has a sign saying millipedes not welcomed!!

Tell that rain to go away and come to visit us. Mama said we never have enough rain.
It looks like all of you are having comfy naps. Enjoy!!

We LOVE this because we live in the Pacific Northwest where it rains billion-y times every year so we snooze a lot. Nothing wrong with a good summer snooze! Purrs…

Or, if you count the human, you can say, “Tired Group is Five.” It’s no better here…rain, rain, rain. It rained three inches yesterday and we are over by 12 inches for our normal year-to-date. Check our post tomorrow for some flood photos. Purrs and hugs, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo

We guess it is all in perspective! You get too much rain and we are super excited for one day. Our monsoons have not begun and last year they pretty much skipped us all together! Napping and cuddling and waiting for the sun…the best course of action.
